Short and Length films

 Quick differences between short film and feature length films:

• The short film will be way more engaging to due the story unraveling in a short amount of time. 
• A feature length film would have a larger structure than a short film due to it covering a larger amount of time. A short film you have to get to conclusion quickly, it would have a very compressed structure.
•  The time frame in a short film means theirs no time to go off topic. 
• A feature film would cost way more than a short film. 
• Short film can be much more experimental in their form due to the audience not being engaged for that long, also the target audience is aimed at people who want something different from a normal film. It is aimed at a niche market. 
• A short film can take risks that a length film does not tend to take. 
• A short film can be anything... anything that will intrigue the audience. 
• A short film does not tend to have many characters. 
• A short film can be a physical journey or a metaphorical journey. 
• If you short film represents reality, it must be a situation that people can believe would happen, also it could be the worst situation in terms of reality which would engage the audience because they would imagine being in the main characters shoes. 
• The title of the short film is important.
