Personnel

Personnel is every person you need in order to successfully begin the production. For a feature film, this would include a vast amount of personnel to ensure that every aspect of production can be covered and controlled.

For a short film, the personnel would be small scale due to the production being significantly smaller than a feature film. A skeleton crew would be required. A skeleton crew is the minimum crew that you would hire to ensure that the production can be completed by the time of the deadline.

A skeleton crew would consist of:

• camera operator 
• sound recorder 
• editor 
• director 
• producer
